LGBTQ+ POETIC LANDSCAPES is a month long celebration of the LGBTQ+ community past and present with a touring exhibition and creative workshops throughout Newham.

LGBTQ+ Poetic Landscapes and the touring exhibition are open to everyone interested in discovering and celebrating the wide range of identities that exist in our borough. A space to meet others, learn, ask questions, share stories, speak up and access resources. Residents, students, families, supporters & allies are all welcome.

Our Newham Loves Equality touring exhibition contains the definition of the acronym LGBTQ+, shares some of the local and global challenges these identities face and profiles influential figures.

Join us to explore a world map of poetic landscapes and find out who paved the way for the rights we enjoy today. Feel inspired by the work of prominent individuals and add your voice to the ever expanding territory of diversity and inclusion in Newham.
